Education

I earned my master’s degree in clinical nutrition, graduating with honors from Sonoran University, a college of naturopathic medicine. That experience, rather than a clinical education, tapped into my passion for holistic care—using food, supplements, and herbs as a path to healing. The Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) board certification ensures I have met the gold standard for advanced personalized nutrition and sets my services and process apart from other nutritionists and dietitians.

Discovery Process

My discovery process is that of a wellness detective, and my solutions process makes me a wellness tailor. I know that every person is unique. I am committed to giving the expert, individualized attention required to reach our goal of personal well-being. This is truly personalized nutrition.

  •  Are you eliminating well?

  • How fast are you eating?

I also know that well-being goes beyond simply what and how you eat. As we look together at your whole self, I would be remiss not to consider stress levels and sleep hygiene. Physical health is also mental. Again—symbiosis. If, for example, you have chronic stress, you’re never going to properly digest!
